30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Ghost Text Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each subscription renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Ghost Text orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used for the purchase to access your buyer portal.
  2. Locate the transaction and select "Request a refund".
  3. Alternatively, email us at ghosttext.app@gmail.com and we will help you raise the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, or directly from your Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro until the end of your current billing period.
