We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Ghost Text Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each subscription renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Ghost Text orders.
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used for the purchase to access your buyer portal.
- Locate the transaction and select "Request a refund".
- Alternatively, email us at ghosttext.app@gmail.com and we will help you raise the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, or directly from your Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro until the end of your current billing period.
